Kip StroudKip Stroud is a physical therapist on the MMC HealthWorks™ staff. He earned a bachelor of science degree in physical therapy from the University of Tennessee in Memphis. Since 1989, he has worked in the following areas:

  • Inpatient acute care
  • Outpatient orthopedic and neurological rehabilitation
  • Long-term care
  • Home care
Stroud's responsibilities at MMC HealthWorks™ include:
  • Job function matching
  • Creation of job function descriptions
  • Design and implementation of job function tests and post-offer tests
  • Performance of DSI Functional Capacity Evaluations (FCE)
